A theatre has opened an outdoor café seating area in Hornchurch.
Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch in Billet Lane unveiled the area last Friday (August 4) at the front of the building adjacent to the Queen’s Green.
The venue serves food and hot drinks while there is even ice cream for dogs available, organisers said.
Peter Thorne, head of customer services, said: “We can't wait to welcome our local community to sit and enjoy it with us."

The café, dubbed QGardens, is open from Monday to Saturday, 10am until 3pm after the interval on show days.
This excludes August 12, 19 and 26.
On Saturday, QGardens opens an hour before the performance.
