Marshalls Park’s year seven boys booked their place in the next round of the National Cup with a fine performance in west London.

The Romford pupils dominated from the start, playing some lovely football and going close on a number of occasions before finally making the breakthrough late in the first half as Brad Gray netted.

Park doubled their lead soon after the restart, but the home side hit back with a quick brace, capitalising on some sloppy mistakes, to level it up.

Marshalls regained the lead with 15 minutes left with a lovely finish from Freddie Potts, but Southfields squared matters again soon after.

Park kept pushing forward, though, and netted twice more in the last five minutes, as Boyce, Kinata and Mowle joined man of the match Gray and Potts on the scoresheet.
