I am sad to be leaving the club I have grown up watching, as the fans were amazing to me last season and I am still very grateful for the Supporters’ Player of the Year award.

But I feel it was made impossible for me to return and it will be a weird feeling playing against the Raiders next season, but I have done it before.

I will miss playing with some of the guys at the Raiders as I have a lot of mates in the team and I also made more last season, but that will make for some great, friendly rivalry.

I am now really looking forward to the coming season with Invicta and a new challenge, plus I want to pick up where I left off last season and keep establishing myself in this league, as well as carry on improving.

This season will be a different one for me, as I have started the last few in a search of ice time, but this time round it’s a bit different and I will be looking to get my name known more.

It has been a strange few weeks, as since I announced I was leaving the Raiders about five weeks ago, I have had some very interesting people contact me.

This all came as a bit of a surprise to me, as it is not something I have been to used to over my first two seasons in the league, so it was great to attract interest from some of the top teams in the league.

I have now agreed to join the Dynamos for the coming season and cannot wait to get started, as it’s always nice meeting and playing with some new faces, plus taking on different challenges.

I’m looking forward to giving 100 per cent again next season and hopefully becoming a bigger name in the league.
