Crow Lane club looking to end calendar year in style

Romford will hope for better luck with the weather on Saturday when they host Harlow in London Two North East.

The Crow Lane club saw their scheduled trip to Cantabrigians last weekend postponed due to a frozen pitch in Cambridgeshire.

It means that by the time Romford are due to take the pitch against Harlow this weekend, they will not have played in the league for three weeks.

If it goes ahead, the match will be the final game of the calendar year for the Crow Lane club.

Romford will hope they can end 2017 in style with a win over Harlow, who last season were promoted from London Two North East.

The sides have met once already this term, with Crow Lane club losing 35-15 away from home in September.

Romford will hope for a better result this weekend as they look for a win to round out the calendar year in perfect fashion by beating Harlow.
