Lunchtime showdown in Canada
Four Romford youngsters will look to book their place in the final of the Riverside Rangers tournament in Canada this lunchtime.
Romford Hurricanes duo Denis Bell-Blake and Glenn Billing and Emerson Park twins Charlie and Sonny Phillips - who play for Slough - helped the England under-14s, who are co-coached by former Romford Raiders import Brent Pope, to a 4-1 win over the host club in their last group game last night.
That enabled them to finish the pool stage with three wins and an overtime defeat, earning them a semi-final meeting with Whitby at 1pm (GMT) today.
