Tonight’s tips

Ricky Holloway is the man still bidding to return greyhound racing to Walthamstow, but he’s not a bad trainer either and he can strike with Razldazl Zamba (9.20pm) in the Gerry Allen Quicksilver Trophy final over 575m at Romford tonight.

The dog, good enough to have a Derby entry, will have improved for his heat run and might be tough to hold from the off. Holloway might even grab the forecast here with Black Paws Down.

Get there early for an almighty sprint race clash between Rotar Wing and Brooklyn Bandit (7.30pm) with the latter just fancied.

Others to note include the classy Monleek Merc (8.32), who might run riot over 575m; value bet Block Cross (8.01pm) if he traps in front; speedster Lambstown Brett (10.08pm) with a flyer from traps and returning course and distance specialist Emperor Leon (9.52).
