Friday night tips

Appropriately in Cheltenham week it’s time for the jumpers to shine at Romford tonight with the Coral On TV Hurdle Trophy final over 400m - and time for Rebellious Cause (9.24pm) to bounce back?

He could be the value given likely improvement after a recent spell off, but will need to be sharp early drawn next to fastest heat winner Rummy Lord. But the favourite now has trap three as opposed to trap one, and might not handle it.

Other bets on the card that catch the eye are Yahtzee (7.31pm), who looked ring-rusty last week on his return but will have improved for the run, while Ballymatt (8.18pm) should confirm form with Oscars Cobra if coming away level in the other sprint.

Promising puppy Essex Dream (8.34pm) has an easier task tonight after finding trouble last week, while I Am Titanium (8.50pm) gets the pinging trap to help him reverse form with Aines Marx over 400m.

Joe Bones (9.40pm) might get back on track if clearing Romford newcomer Dromana Max, while stars of the entire 13-race show are kennelmates Glanmire Lad (9.56pm) and Ayamzaman (10.26pm) who should both make all in their respective one-lap contests.
