Everyone Active Raiders NIHL 2 outfit have announced the signing of forward Ewan Hill ahead of the 2018/19 season.

Romford-born Hill joins the Raiders organisation after having spent a handful of years plying his trade at Invicta and Chelmsford since the closure of Rom Valley Way.

In that time he has consistently been selected at regional and represented England under-13s in an international Pee Wee tournament.

In his three season stint at Chelmsford juniors, he has played a total of 49 games, scoring 32 goals and 30 assists for 62 points.

Coach Sean Easton said: “Ewan does not turn 16 until November but again this agile player has goal scoring abilities as well has being a go to guy for the special teams at juniors.

“Ewan needs the exposure at senior level once he is 16 to be able to apply and adapt his skill set into the speed and physical game at senior hockey.

“Ewan has a smart hockey brain popping into the right areas at the right time, and a good eye for a pass”
