Caroline Dubois has set out a roadmap to become undisputed world lightweight champion in 2027.
The ever-improving British boxer eased to a points victory over Amelia Moore on an all-female card in Birmingham at the end of August, before she traded verbal blows with rival Alycia Baumgardner straight after the 14th win of her professional career.
Dubois’ one-sided triumph in the Midlands ensured the 24-year-old retained her WBC and WBO belts and with Baumgardner set to fight for the IBF title against Elif Nur Turhan on November 9, a meeting next year is inevitable, but the London fighter wants to first take the WBA crown off Stephanie Han.

“I think the obvious game plan is to make this (Baumgardner) fight the biggest and most exciting in women’s boxing,” Dubois told the Press Association.
“I believe it would be but to get more weight on it, after Baumgardner’s fight (with Turham), there will be one belt remaining in my division.
“I would probably go and fight Stephanie Han for the final belt and then I would fight the winner of Baumgardner and Turham for undisputed. Then that would be the biggest fight in women’s boxing.
“It makes sense. If you want it to be the biggest fight, you need all the marbles and that would be for (Baumgardner) to become a two-weight world champion and for me to become the youngest undisputed world champion.”
Dubois’ eye-catching clash with American boxer Baumgardner quickly went viral and the profile of the British southpaw is continuously growing in the UK and the United States, but she insisted post-fight fireworks were not planned.
“I was just out of the fight, I was looking directly in front of me and I see her talking and saying something so I walked over. I imagined she was chatting some s*** and you know me, I ain’t running from no one,” Dubois said.
“I was like, ‘what you saying’, I can’t remember what she was saying, but obviously we had that back and forth. It was off the cuff, I didn’t know what she was going to do and I’m sure she didn’t know how I would react, but it shows our two personalities and characters.
“It is entertainment and we bring entertainment. I’m happy to finally have a dance partner. I believe she can bring that out of me.
“All I hope is she wins her fight, I get to step into the ring, punch her in the face and beat the f*** out of her because it will be good for me!
“I just need to stay with the goal in front of me and that’s to become undisputed. I feel like we’re doing a good job of working towards that.”
