Gaz sparks Havering

East Premier A: Ipswich v Havering (3.30pm)

HOT-SHOT Gaz Ingram opened his club account at the third time of asking with four in the 5-3 win over Blueharts last week.

Ipswich fell to a 4-1 home defeat against Cambridge City, but won by that margin when Havering visited last season. It should be closer this time.

East Div 1: Upminster v Waltham Forest (2.30pm)

FOUR goals in a 15-minute spell helped send Upminster to a 5-2 defeat in St Ives last weekend, but captain Nick Payne was encouraged by his side’s second-half display.

Forest are bottom of the table after three successive defeats and Upminster should be looking to extend their misery.

East Div 4SE: Old Southendian II v Romford (2pm)

HAVING romped to an 8-2 win over basement boys Southend, Romford return to the seaside town to take on the old boys.

Stuart Boyling and Tom Edwards netted four each last week and will spearhead the attack once again.
