Hornchurch have been drawn away to Brightlingsea Regent in the second Qualifying Round of the FA Trophy.

The Urchins will make the trip to their Bostik Premier Division rivals on Saturday, November 10.

Jimmy McFarlane’s side eased into the hat after hitting Bostik South East outfit Ramsgate for six at Bridge Avenue on Saturday.

Braces from Nana Boakye-Yiadom and Sean Marks along with solo efforts from Jordan Clark and George Purcell sealed the comfortable win.

Their opponents Regent only just scraped past Bostik North side Canvey Island with a 1-0 win on the weekend.

They’ll be keen to boost the club’s finances for their Bostik Premier Division campaign with the prize money being £4,000 in this upcoming round.

After already netting £3,250 in prize money for their win over Ramsgate on the weekend.

Thirty-six ties were pulled out of the famous velvet bag at Wembley Stadium and all the matches will be played on the weekend of November, 10.
