Dagenham & Redbridge have added to their options in midfield with the signings of Jack Munns and Liam Bellamy.

Both new signings are most adept in the middle of the park and have both signed deals that run until the end of the season.

Munns spent last term with Vanarama National League rivals Hartlepool United and also won the division with Cheltenham Town in 2016.

Bellamy, meanwhile, counts Dover Athletic and Aldershot Town among his former clubs.

And Daggers boss Peter Taylor was pleased to bring the pair on to strengthen his options in midfield.

“I’m delighted to have brought in Liam and Jack because they both have a good amount of experience at this level and they will add options to our squad,” said the 65-year-old.

“I’m pleased with the effort that the rest of the squad has put in, but when we have been punished this year, it perhaps because we are a young squad, so that’s why we decided to bring in two players.”

Munns and Bellamy could make their debuts for the Essex club at Barrow on Saturday.
