Daggers attacker shone bright against Wrexham

Dagenham & Redbridge attacker Corey Whitely could make his first start for the club against Sutton United after impressing off the bench against Wrexham on Saturday.

The former Enfield Town man replaced an injured Luke Guttridge in the 57th minute on Saturday and did everything, but score against the Robins.

It is a cameo, though, that is likely to earn Whitely his first start, even if Guttridge is passed fit for the trip to Gander Green Lane.

Andre Boucaud could miss the trip across London though as he is due to meet up with his Trinidad & Tobago team-mates ahead of international duty this week.

Should the midfielder be absent, his place in the starting XI could be taken by Frankie Raymond, who will line up alongside Matt Robinson at the base of midfield.

Curtley Williams could be another to miss out, having been injured for the visit of Wrexham, allowing Josh Staunton to continue at right-back.

Elsewhere, it’s a case of as you were, with Still unlikely to change a winning formula that did so well against Wrexham.

Probable XI: Justham; Staunton, Doe, Robson, Widdowson; Robinson, Raymond; Maguire-Drew, Whitely, Okenabirhie; Hawkins
