Men’s team defeat Raphael Park in final

Upminster’s Cranston Park were celebrating after winning the Essex Junior Cup at Westcliff.

The men’s second team beat Harlow, Hutton & Shenfield and Rochford en route to the final, in which they defeated local rivals Raphael Park 6-3 overall.

The team included George Gray, Adam Gray, captain Marlon Billings and Rob Jenkins and Billings said: “The weather was hot and so was the tennis! We were all delighted that we got the win.”
