Brentwood triples glory for Upminster
Upminster proved the stars of the show at the annual Brentwood Open Triples bowls competition over the weekend.
The team of Tony Allen, Sandy Dron and John Morgan were in fine form in the event which comprised of five games of seven ends with one point for each end won and 10 points for a win.
They successfully won all five games and were presented with the Brentwood Open Shield and prize money of £300.
