Havering ’90 Joggers had 15 members take part in a Countryfile ramble for BBC Children in Need for five miles to help raise more than £450.

The charity walk was organised by Melanie Green and the club members joined 14 others on the route.

Amanda Keasley completed the Kings Forest 50k Ultra Marathon at West Stow Country Park on Saturday.

57 members ran in six different parkruns with Ian Brett (19:20), Peter Burdett (22:36), Laura Dobie (30:40), Suzanne Green (32:26), Michele Sullivan (26:39) and Chris Thomas (27:59) all achieving personal bests.

If you were lucky enough to get a ‘You’re In’ magazine from the London Marathon, why not come down to the club and kick start your training with a friendly running club.

Havering ’90 Joggers meet on Tuesday and Thursday evening’s at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start time at the Abbs Cross Health and Fitness Centre in Abbs Cross Lane.
