Havering ’90 Jogger members turned into Santa Claus for a festive run in aid of St Francis Hospice Santathon on Sunday.

The club members that took part started and finished at Dagenham & Redbridge Football club with the run being started by West Ham United legend Sir Trevor Brooking.

The run was to raise money for the hospice, which provides care and support to individuals with a life-limiting illness, as well as their carers and family members, completely free of charge.

49 members were also at various parkruns on Saturday, with Jacqueline Murphy (29:29), Darren Radford (25:16) Ron Seddon (29:17) and Andi Wright (31:58) all beating their course records.

Christina Clementson and Guy Hildreth were both running at the Victoria Park Half Marathon, with Hildreth smashing his personal best completing it in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
