Six Havering 90 Joggers ran the MoRun in London hosted by the Movember Foundation tackling men’s health on a global scale year round, with Kim Parker getting a 10k personal best.

The club also had nearly a full squad at the South Essex Cross-Country League race at Hadleigh Park for a gruelling hilly and muddy 3.8-mile run, finishing fourth in their division. Bruce Mail beat his time from last year’s race.

Some 51 members were at parkrun with Richard Cossey (32.09), Janice Cossey (33.35), Kerry Curtis (33.40), David Dixon (25.26), Jacqueline Murphy (29.48), Elaine Richardson (27.36) and Dave Sherman (22.20) beating their course bests as Guy Hildreth ran a 5k best at Hackney Marshes parkrun (19.24).

Camille Whitcher completed her 50th parkrun at Harrow Lodge.
