Harold Wood Running Club members turned out at multiple park runs in force this week.

25 members took part in parkruns, including, Basildon, Brentwood, Folkstone, Harrow Lodge, Hockley Woods, Raphael, Thurrock and Valentines.

Joy Reid (30:28) and Stephanie Elsey (33:12) both achieved new personal best times on the weekend.

Richard Rockliffe and Martina Murphy took on a 10K at the Olympic Park.

Parisa Skeldon and Martina Murphy completed the Shoreditch 10K, while Lucinda Wynne completed the Victoria Park 10K, Andy Page and Louise Hawker completed the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

The quartet of Adam Bartlett, Rosie Hatch and Josh and Helen Jenner took part in the Manchester Half Marathon with all of them beating their personal best times.

Bartlett (1:23) crossed the line first, followed by Josh Jenner (1:32), Hatch (1:45) and Helen Jenner (2:06).
