Archant

Harold Wood Running Club members took over all the marshal roles at Raphael’s park, as the club’s current Introduction to Running group graduated after their nine week course.

They had plenty of green support on their way round the race circuit and the next programme is due to start on Monday, October 1.

Three members also bagged personal best times during the run, Patrick Thoeung 22.27, Sue Evendon 37.27 and Tanya Vanessa Pryce 32.04.

Mervyn Andiapen ran the 10K Ferney Trail in Mauritius.

On Sunday, Martina Murphy, Jackie Smith and Parisa Skeldon ran the Clapham 10k.

Peter Jackson ran the Folkestone Channel Triathlon and he came third overall.

The club’s charity race is just two weeks away now and they’re still hoping for more entrants – visit http://haroldwoodrunning.club/charity-run-2018-2/ to enter.
