Havering 90 Joggers had a busy weekend with members involved at various events.

Jon Warren swam 4.4 miles, cycled 230 miles and ran 52 miles to finish third at the Brutal Extreme Double Ironman triathlon in Wales, taking over 32 hours.

Caroline Cross, Jane Evans, Lisa Gaskin, Melanie Green, Josy Hughes, Henry Monaghan, Ron Seddon and Andy Wright took on the Blackwater Charity triathlon as Christine Clemenson and Joanne Reeves ran the Reigate half marathon.

Meanwhile, Peter Burdett (23.26), Tony Gray (29.20), Caroline Hall Cross (32.22), Debbie Mardell (27.15), Brian Parish (23.55), Kim Parker (30.31), Darren Radford (25.13) and Leanna Romano (22.11) set personal bests at various parkruns, but Harrow Lodge details were not available due to a technical fault.

Havering 90 Joggers meet at Abbs Cross Health & Fitness Centre on Tuesday and Thursdays at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.
