Harold Wood Running Club members took part in the fourth round of the East London Five Inteclub Series at Hainault Forest.

And the club will be hosting their own leg of the ELVIS series on August 1, with only limited spaces now left.

Louise Hawker ran the Race for Life in Chelmsford on Sunday, while Adam Bartlett and Ilona Alaburda ran the Standard Chartered city 5k.

Meanwhile at parkrun, there was a 25-second personal best for Lynsey Mann over th5 k distance, while Claire Brinsmead ran at Billericay, Parisa Skeldon at Worsley Woods and Natalie Joyce at Brentwood.

Harold Wood Running Club with have a stand at the Raphael parkrun this weekend, where they are taking over the majority of the pacer roles for anyone interested in coming along to try and set a new personal best.
