The first XI bounced back from the previous week's disappointment with a valuable win away to NEO in Hamro Foundation Essex League Division Two.
After being asked to bat, Bentley posted a competitive 233 before declaring.
Captain Max Sheppard led from the front with a half-century, while Luke Whitbourn contributed 43 as the visitors built a challenging total.
Bentley's bowlers then took control of the contest.
Phil Coleman produced the standout spell, claiming 5-42 from 20 overs, while Dan Hammond chipped in with 5-20 as NEO were dismissed well short of their target.

Falkingham was the pick of the Brookweald bowlers with 1-29.

Harney anchored the innings with an unbeaten century, while Iqbal hit 68 and Hedges added a half-century as the visitors reached 271-2 with eight overs remaining.
