A woman was taken to hospital after a road traffic collision in Rainham on Friday.
The incident occurred just after 1.35pm at the junction of Lambs Lane South and the A1306, New Road.
A police spokesman said the collision involved a black Volkswagen Tignan and a grey Audi A3.
“We were called just after 1.35pm to reports of a road traffic collision involving two cars,” said an Ambulance Service spokesman.
“Out crews treated a woman in her thirties for a back injury. She was taken to Queen’s Hospital in Romford.”
The A1306 was closed until 2.20pm.
