Wennington firefighters were called to a car fire in Rainham early this morning.
The fire was considered suspicious because the number plates of the Ford Fiesta had been removed and its windows smashed.
The crew was called at 1am and spent about 90 minutes at the scene – a car park outside Napier House, Dunedin Road.
There were no injuries reported. Police have been informed.
