Vintage cars and clothes to go on show at Frankie’s Classic Car Fest for St Francis Hospice

Lovers of classic cars and vintage fashion are invited to a charity festival on Sunday.
Frankie’s Classic Car Fest, named after St Francis Hospice’s lion mascot, will take place at Laindon’s Ford Dunton Technical Centre from 10am until 4pm.
More than 200 cars, ranging from a 1935 Austin to a 2008 Ford Mustang will be exhibited,
And hospice fundraiser Katy Woodgate, who runs the Bobby’s Girl Vintage firm, is organising a retro fair alongside the show, selling clothes and homeware.
Entry is £5, or free for under-12s. There will also be a Formula One simulator and the Essex Police car crime unit will attend.
