National Rail trains through Havering are running up to 45 minutes behind schedule because of a fire in Manor Park.
All trains on the Liverpool Street to Shenfield line, which passes through Romford, Gidea Park and Harold Wood, were suspended earlier this morning after smoke was seen coming from under a bridge near Manor Park station.
Firefighters from Stratford were called at 10am.
Services were also disrupted earlier this morning because of snowfall on the tracks.
