Two men taken to hospital following altercation in Rainham

Two men needed hospital treatment for injuries last night following a reported altercation in Rainham.

A spokeswoman for the Met said: “Police were called at 9.42pm to reports of an altercation in Upminster Road South on Sunday, March 26.

“Two men were taken to hospital, neither had life threatening or changing injuries. There have been no arrests and inquiries continue.”

Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident has been asked to call police on 101.
