Two car blaze extinguished following suspected arson attack in Harold Hill

Two cars went up in flames in a suspected arson incident last night.

The London Fire Brigade, police and the London Ambulance Service were all called at approximately 10.45pm to an address in Leamington Road, Harold Hill.

Firefighters tackled the blaze, which did not spread to the house, until about midnight.

One person with minor injuries was treated by paramedics.

A spokesman for the police said the incident is being treated as suspected arson.
