A trial for a 45-year-old who has been accused of arson after a Ferrari parked on a drive was left “burnt out”, has been adjourned.
Wasim Ahmad Mir, 46, of Cranley Drive, Newbury Park, was set to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court this week, charged with arson and damage to property reckless as to whether life was endangered.
The incident took place last year in the early hours of September 7 in Nelmes Crescent, Emerson Park.
Mr Mir pleaded not guilty to the charges at an earlier hearing on March 27.
The case has been adjourned and the trial will now start on November 6.
