Traffic is queueing in both directions on the A12 Eastern Avenue following an earlier accident and a spillage.
The accident was on the A125 North Street in Romford this morning.
Congestion has built up on the A127 Southend Arterial Road to the Ardleigh Green Road junction and to Gallows Corner.
