A mystery millionaire has days left to claim a EuroMillions Lottery win before the cash is given to charity.
The holder of the ticket with a number CBS076276, which was bought in the borough on July 26 last year, has until Wednesday to come forward.
A National Lottery spokesman said: “Despite best efforts, the £1m prize for the ticket bought in Havering remains unclaimed.
“We know that the area is already very lucky, it even sports a National Lottery ceremonial flag declaring Romford as the UK’s luckiest postcode.”
The ticket was bought three days after National Lottery town crier Tony Appleton announced the birth of the new heir to the throne, Prince George.
The RM postcode was crowned Britain’s luckiest as about one in every 750 people have won at least £50,000 since the Lottery began. If you have the ticket, call 0845 910 0000.
