Three arrested in connection with pensioner robbed of £800 in Harold Hill

Two men and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of robbing a man in his 70s of £800 in Harold Hill.

Police were called to reports of an incident at around 5.40pm in Retford Close on Monday, 9 April.

A 46-year-old woman, a 38-year-old man and a 27-year-old man, were arrested on suspicion of robbery yesterday (April 10).

They were taken to an east London police station where they remain in custody.

Officers from the East Area Command Unit CID investigate.
