There will be something for everyone this August Bank Holiday Weekend at Hornchurch Live and the Havering Show in Harrow Lodge Park.

Hornchurch Live will take place tomorrow (Saturday), with a whole afternoon and evening of local rock and pop music, headlined by Romford band the Loveable Rogues.

This will then be followed by the Havering Show on Sunday and Monday, headlined by ’60s group the Hollies, with entry to all days free.

Also from the ’60s are the Tremeloes – originally from Dagenham – who will perform on Sunday.

Fast-forwarding a decade, David Van Day, of Guys’n’Dolls and Bucks Fizz fame, will perform both days.
