‘Severe’ M25 crash between Upminster and Aveley shuts three clockwise lanes

Early-morning commuters experienced disruption today following a crash on the M25 near between Upminster and Aveley.

The incident, described by Transport for London as “severe”, happened at about 5.20am, closing three clockwise lanes between junctions 29 (A127) and 30 (A13).

It was cleared and the road reopened at 6.56am, according to Transport for London.
