Lock-up garages in a “popular residential area” will go under this hammer this week.
Five garages in Abbotts Close, Romford, and their forecourt will be up for sale by Clive Emson Auctioneers on Wednesday, at a freehold guide price of £45,000 to £55,000.
Senior auction valuer Martin Hardy said: “Demand is always very strong for lock-up garages of this kind in popular residential areas.
“These five garages are spread out across two blocks while the forecourt provides access to all garages and Abbotts Close.
“Three are currently let at £1,240 per annum but will be vacant on completion of the sale.”
The third of Clive Emson Auctioneers’ eight regional Essex and north and east London auctions this year will take place at Chelmsford City Racecourse at 11am.
