Olympic champions Max Whitlock, Jason Kenny and Justin Rose have already made househould names of themselves after scooping gold medals for Team GB.

But another star of the Rio Games has been causing a stir on social media after being spotted at a range of events from cycling to canoeing.

A Hornchurch flag has been seen flying proudly in the stands at the Olympics during the past week, causing a commotion on Twitter back home.
