Iris Connolly, five, picked the winner of a Christmas raffle for a charity that has been helping her family through a harrowing time.
The Rainbow Trust Charity Shop, Corbets Tey Road, and the Ingatestone Saddlery, raised 310 by raffling a vintage rocking horse donated to the Upminster store.
Iris has received help from the charity, which provides practical support to families of children with terminal and life-limiting conditions, after being diagnosed with a brain tumour two years ago.
If you have a fundraising idea, or something to donate, pleasse contact Connie at the shop on 01708 641473.
