Only a select few get to wear an Olympic medal but on a trip to Pyrgo Priory Primary School, Harold Hill, Fatima Whitbread was kind enough to share hers with the pupils.
The former javelin thrower gave an inspirational talk about her life and how she overcame a difficult upbringing to achieve Olympic and World Championship success.
