Poll results: What would you like to see more of in Collier Row?

The Recorder can reveal the results of its latest poll.

Readers were asked to vote for what they would like to see more of in Collier Row, after the announcement that the only two banks in the town - Natwest and Lloyds - were due to close its doors for good.

The majority vote was split between new banks and clothes shops opening with 37per cent each.

In second place was restaurants with 13pc, bars with 5pc and charity shops and takeaways with 4pc.

No one voted in favour of hair and beauty businesses opening in the town.
