Tonight the Havering Town Hall power struggle will be settled and the new administration will be sworn in.

But all will be confirmed tonight as the new councillors’ vote for their leader and the cabinet is selected.

The Recorder will be tweeting live from the scene to let you know what happens so follow @romfordrecorder on twitter for regular updates.
