Police are looking for a BMW driver who fled the scene of a crash in Romford after jumping a red light.
The collision took place at the junction of the A12 and North Street just before midnight on Saturday (September 29), and involved the abandoned silver 3 series BMW and a blue Honda Civic – whose occupant was treated by ambulance staff at the scene.
Three fire engines and 12 firefighters spent 45 minutes at the scene.
