Police have released the name of the 80-year-old woman who died on the A12 after a collision with a car near Petersfield Avenue, Harold Hill last Tuesday.
Bridget Lillis was taken to the Royal London Hospital after the incident, but died the following day on Wednesday November 21.
She became the second person to die on the A12 in less than a fortnight.
