Officers from Hertfordshire police are appealing for information after an extremely rare stolen BMW that is one of only three in the UK was traced to Romford.
Detectives investigating a burglary in Stevenage last Thursday (February 15) say that the keys to the blue BMW M4, registration number EG16 EUC, were stolen and the car driven off the drive.
Investigators have since tracked the car to Romford.
Det Con Karen Dewar, from Herts Police, said: “This BMW is very rare. There are only two others like it in the country. It is ‘Laguna Seca’ blue in colour and has a white leather interior.
“I’m appealing for anyone who has seen this vehicle or believes they have information that could assist our investigation to get in touch by emailing me on email@example.com, or by calling Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non-emergency 101, quoting crime reference E1/18/1274 or report information online at www.herts.police.uk/report.”
