Plans for a new development to create nine new houses in Brentwood Road, Romford, have been given the go ahead.
The plans, for four-bedroom detached houses, were recommended for approval by officers on the condition that the developers make a payment of 27,800 for the Mayor’s Community Infrastructure Levy; and sign a legal Section 106 Agreement.
This includes a financial contribution of 54,000 towards infrastructure costs.
The plans were approved at a regulatory services committee at the town hall last Thursday.
