Emergency services were called to a van ablaze in Rainham this morning.
Ambulance crew were called shortly after 8am to Fyfield Road, where the vehicle been apparently gutted by flames.
The London Ambulance Service said a man in his 30s was treated for a hand injury before being taken to Queen’s Hospital in Romford.
Firefighters were also called.
The Twitter account of the OMG Driving School tweeted a picture from the scene. It also read: “Van on fire 7.30am this morning in Fyfield Road Rainham.”
