Pedestrian struck by bus in Harold Hill

A female pedestrian has been struck by a 496 bus in Harold Hill.

Police and ambulance crews were called to Dagnam Park Drive near the junction with Settle Road at about 4.30pm.

Tony Akers, TfL’s head of bus operations, said: “At around 4.30pm a route 496 double deck bus, operated by Stagecoach, was involved in a collision with a female pedestrian on Dagnam Park Drive, close to the junction with Settle Road.  Emergency services attended the scene. There will be a full investigation into the incident.”
