A 39-year-old pedestrian has been taken to the hospital with head injuries after a collision with a car in Romford.
The incident involving a Nissan Micra happened at Main Road at the junction of Pettits Lane, Romford at around 2.45pm.
Crews from the London Ambulance attended where the man was taken to the hospital as a priority.
The police are currently on the scene.
Main Road at the junction of Lodge Avenue and Main Road junction with Kingston Road has been closed with traffic including buses being diverted.
