Pampered, in fancy dress or just as they were, more than 200 pooches took part in a dog show in support of a mental health charity.

Paws in the Park, which was organised by Havering Mind, attracted hundreds of spectators and their pets for its second edition in Harrow Lodge Park, Hornchurch, on Sunday.

A total of £1,300 was raised in support of the charity.

Events co-ordinator Ciaran White said: “We were thrilled with the turnout. It was so nice to see so many different breeds of dogs on the day.

“A massive thanks must be given to our volunteer Pia who has spent a huge amount of time and effort organising the event.”
