A 74-year-old woman is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court after she was accused of causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
Marion Finn, of Navestock, Brentwood, is due to stand trial in connection with the death last year of Colin Evans, 70, of Navestock Heath.
She will appear at a plea hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court on November 17, where she is expected to enter a not guilty plea.
She was granted unconditional bail at a hearing yesterday at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
